28300209604ee1bb8e5050322b29e95a07f679d8 added yet another silly temp file wrapper class, and introduced 2 bugs: the file descriptor is not closed before renaming it which fails with ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION on Win32, and (as a consequence of that) another attempt to save the dictionary during shutdown fails because SimpleFileAccess cannot be created and this is not checked. Moved portions from module i18npool, all of former i18nisolang1 library that now is i18nlangtag. Included are languagetag, isolang and mslangid. This i18nlangtag code is now even used by module comphelper, so disentangling i18npool and making this an own module was needed to not create circular module dependencies. I had to drop XEventBroadcaster from the merged interface because it introduced method name conflicts (addEventListener). Shouldn't be an issue since it was scheduled to be dropped anyhow, and the service implementation still implements it, so existing clients will be fine. I dropped the interface XPropertySet from the combined IDL because nobody seems to be using it, and it's primary purpose appears to be to set weird flags. I dropped the optional interfaces XStatusIndicatorFactory XDispatchInformationProvider from the combined IDL because the service does not implement them, and nobody seems to be using them. I suspect they were mistakenly copied from XFrame. I also did not convert the Title, UserDefinedAttributes and LayoutManager properties to attributes, again because no-one is using them.
