2013-06-13Introduce O[U]String::toUInt32Stephan Bergmann
...which has become necessary since bd60d41176da540b01d7583cfe00637431967f39 "Handle oveflow in O(U)String::toInt() functions" reduces values in the range (SAL_MAX_INT32 .. SAL_MAX_UINT32] to zero, but some calls of toInt32(16) relied on getting a correct (unsigned) value for the whole input range ["0" .. "FFFFFFFF"] (see libreoffice-4-1 commit 9bf6c83367cedb7be81bf67f30d2147d26c7a8c3 "Revert overflow checks in O[U]String::toInt{32,64} again"). Audited all uses of toInt32/64 with non-decimal radix. (There is still a TODO comment in oox/source/helper/attributelist.cxx, and stoc/source/typeconv/convert.cxx will still need some love and test code.) * Re-use existing settings/dk.mk to tunnel ENABLE_DEBUG into the SDK. Turns out this was explicitly included in ~all examples Makefiles, but only after settings.mk where it is now used, so include it in settings.mk now and dropped it from all the exmaples Makefiles. * The old settings.mk was apparently confused with using /MT ("link with LIBCMT.LIB") on cl command line and /MD ("link with MSVCRT.LIB") on link command line (where it was ignored), and you apparently can't pass both together to cl, so I settled on /MD (resp. /MDd) now and dropped /MT (resp. /MTd). No idea if that is exactly right, however. * Introduced client-facing LIBO_SDK_LDFLAGS_STDLIBS that covers kernel32.lib and msvcrt.lib vs. msvcrtd.lib on Windows. Adapted examples Makefiles and /ure/source/uretest/Makefile accordingly. Some examples Makefiles additionally use msvcprt.lib, no idea whether that still needs to be addressed. I had to drop XEventBroadcaster from the merged interface because it introduced method name conflicts (addEventListener). Shouldn't be an issue since it was scheduled to be dropped anyhow, and the service implementation still implements it, so existing clients will be fine. I dropped the interface XPropertySet from the combined IDL because nobody seems to be using it, and it's primary purpose appears to be to set weird flags. I dropped the optional interfaces XStatusIndicatorFactory XDispatchInformationProvider from the combined IDL because the service does not implement them, and nobody seems to be using them. I suspect they were mistakenly copied from XFrame. I also did not convert the Title, UserDefinedAttributes and LayoutManager properties to attributes, again because no-one is using them.
