Store AddParaLineSpacingToTableCells in configuration as
"AddTableLineSpacing", consistently inconsistent like AddTableSpacing
(the <desc> elements are not subject to translation).
Adapt SwCompatibilityOptPage with some ugly hacks to allow 3 different
states (TriState) for the corresponding checkbox that map to false/false,
true/false and true/true.
The checkbox widget doesn't allow to change *to* indeterminate but at
least the status of the document can be displayed this way,
with a non-obvious tweak to optcompatpage.ui to reference "checktri1"
column.

Delete Row and Delete Column were there, but no option to delete table,
so that major omission was fixed for Draw and Impress.
The notebookbar looks very incomplete. Also, I didn't really
understand the pop-out menu configuration, and at least in the
one case there didn't seem to be a good space to add delete table.
So I left the notebookbar completely alone.

to allow an integer parameter as the row/column index of the freeze and
use them to set/get freeze indices (row/column) from the lok clients.
The behaviour of the exisiting freeze/split-panes controls in desktop
Calc is not affected, but new menu/notebookbar options can be added for
freezing on a specific row/column in a follow-up commit.
For now, the freeze-panes are shared between all views for each tab of
the spreadsheet. "Private" freeze-panes support can also be added
without much difficulty (for this we need another uno command for the
private/shared flag, but that can be in a separate commit).
Notes regarding compatibility:
Since Online-Calc has support only for the freeze-panes functionality
presently, any pre-exisiting 'real splits' in the spreadsheet (created
using the native-desktop Calc or alternatives) are converted to
equivalent 'freezes' on import, but on export, such 'freezes' are
re-converted and written as 'real splits'. In case the spreadsheet has
'freezes' on import, they are used/exported as such. In short, the type
of sheet-window splits in the document is preserved.

The Microsoft documentation for SetFolder explicitly mentiones
"In general, we do not recommended the use of this method. [...]
SetDefaultFolder is the better method." If SetDefaultFolder is
used the recently-used folder overwrites the value passed to
SetDefaultFolder, which is shared between all file pickers.
With this patch we rely on the LO internal mechanism to show the
last used directory in the file picker.
Regina's workaround basically does the same, as it just sets
oRegistryKeyContent.WorkPathChanged, which triggers the internal
path to use SetFolder instead of SetDefaultFolder.
If you're wondering about the GetFolder() handling, the MS API
docs have this: "Gets either the folder currently selected in the
dialog, or, if the dialog is not currently displayed, the folder
that is to be selected when the dialog is opened."
So the call to GetFolder(), after the dialog is closed, returns
the folder set by the SetFolder call, not the folder selected by
the user, in case of the save dialog at least.

For better OOXML interoperability allow disabling the insertion
of comments to footnotes/endnotes.
It is not possible to add comments to footnotes/endnotes in Word
so no wonder Writer generates invalid XML if one tries to save
comments added to footnotes as DOCX.
Prevent that by adding a centrally manageably key for disabling the
menu item if the cursor is in a footnote/endnote. In OOXML-heavy
environments sysadmins should be able to disable this and thus
hide the footgun from users.
Default setting is true so it means no change compared to current
feature set.
