The problem was that commit ef39938dea14666a5835b6ae85091c1010f8ae8d
temporarily added ODF 1.3 version strings to the optsavepage.ui,
just to get translations for them; unfortunately the dialog itself
was not adapted to the new values, so when you select them the
result is 0, or ODFVER_UNKNOWN... fortunately this was reverted
before 6.4.0.3.
The value ODFVER_UNKNOWN is very dubious and without an obvious purpose;
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/odf/odf_1-2_migration.odt
mentions it but provides no details.
Hence let's interpret it the same as ODFVER_LATEST for export purposes.
Also add the value ODFVER_012_EXT_COMPAT to the configuration, because
this is actually used.
Also fix a copypasta in SvtSaveOptions_Impl::IsReadOnly(), where the
wrong flag is checked for OdfDefaultVersion.

It had curiously been added as nillable (by default) alongside other properties
that were added as non-nillable with ef809ce9480182ea5c4f77843f72d1d45bd48c35
"More work on the new OpenCL options", but with a non-nil default value, and no
code sets a nil value, and ScModelObj::getFormulaCellNumberLimit, which reads
its value and expects it to be non-nil, would cause UB if it was nil.
So make it non-nillable and thereby simplify the code handling it. (Similar to
how e8bb827571f540ac4af2247cb11239bb96876669 "Fixed cppheader.xsl nillable

past.)

...with a boost::optional fallback for Xcode < 10 (as std::optional is only
available starting with Xcode 10 according to
<https://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/compiler_support>, and our baseline for iOS
and macOS is still Xcode 9.3 according to README.md). And mechanically rewrite
all code to use o3tl::optional instead of boost::optional.
One immediate benefit is that disabling -Wmaybe-uninitialized for GCC as per
fed7c3deb3f4ec81f78967c2d7f3c4554398cb9d "Slience bogus
-Werror=maybe-uninitialized" should no longer be necessary (and whose check
happened to no longer trigger for GCC 10 trunk, even though that compiler would
still emit bogus -Wmaybe-uninitialized for uses of boost::optional under
--enable-optimized, which made me ponder whether this switch from
boost::optional to std::optional would be a useful thing to do; I keep that
configure.ac check for now, though, and will only remove it in a follow up
commit).
Another longer-term benefit is that the code is now already in good shape for an
eventual switch to std::optional (a switch we would have done anyway once we no
longer need to support Xcode < 10).
Only desktop/qa/desktop_lib/test_desktop_lib.cxx heavily uses
boost::property_tree::ptree::get_child_optional returning boost::optional, so
let it keep using boost::optional for now.
After a number of preceding commits have paved the way for this change, this
commit is completely mechanical, done with
> git ls-files -z | grep -vz -e '^bin/find-unneeded-includes$' -e '^configure.ac$' -e '^desktop/qa/desktop_lib/test_desktop_lib.cxx$' -e '^dictionaries$' -e '^external/' -e '^helpcontent2$' -e '^include/IwyuFilter_include.yaml$' -e '^sc/IwyuFilter_sc.yaml$' -e '^solenv/gdb/boost/optional.py$' -e '^solenv/vs/LibreOffice.natvis$' -e '^translations$' -e '\.svg$' | xargs -0 sed -i -E -e 's|\<boost(/optional)?/optional\.hpp\>|o3tl/optional.hxx|g' -e 's/\<boost(\s*)::(\s*)(make_)?optional\>/o3tl\1::\2\3optional/g' -e 's/\<boost(\s*)::(\s*)none\>/o3tl\1::\2nullopt/g'
(before committing include/o3tl/optional.hxx, and relying on some GNU features).
It excludes some files where mention of boost::optional et al should apparently
not be changed (and the sub-repo directory stubs). It turned out that all uses
of boost::none across the code base were in combination with boost::optional, so
had all to be rewritten as o3tl::nullopt.

User defined motion paths ( curve, polygon, freeform line )
did not have preset-id. Set the preset-id so that the
preset type will be highlighted in the custom animation
pane after editing.
"libo-motionpath-curve", "libo-motionpath-polygon",
and "libo-motionpath-freeform-line" are used for the three
user defined motion paths.
This patch is related to tdf#94947, though it doesn't
make the original document display correctly by guessing
the missing preset-id, but it prevent empty preset-id
to be generated when creating those three motion path

The Microsoft documentation for SetFolder explicitly mentiones
"In general, we do not recommended the use of this method. [...]
SetDefaultFolder is the better method." If SetDefaultFolder is
used the recently-used folder overwrites the value passed to
SetDefaultFolder, which is shared between all file pickers.
With this patch we rely on the LO internal mechanism to show the
last used directory in the file picker.
Regina's workaround basically does the same, as it just sets
oRegistryKeyContent.WorkPathChanged, which triggers the internal
path to use SetFolder instead of SetDefaultFolder.
If you're wondering about the GetFolder() handling, the MS API
docs have this: "Gets either the folder currently selected in the
dialog, or, if the dialog is not currently displayed, the folder
that is to be selected when the dialog is opened."
So the call to GetFolder(), after the dialog is closed, returns
the folder set by the SetFolder call, not the folder selected by
the user, in case of the save dialog at least.

For better OOXML interoperability allow disabling the insertion
of comments to footnotes/endnotes.
It is not possible to add comments to footnotes/endnotes in Word
so no wonder Writer generates invalid XML if one tries to save
comments added to footnotes as DOCX.
Prevent that by adding a centrally manageably key for disabling the
menu item if the cursor is in a footnote/endnote. In OOXML-heavy
environments sysadmins should be able to disable this and thus
hide the footgun from users.
Default setting is true so it means no change compared to current
feature set.
