Reorganized and streamlined, use IDiagramHelper as main interface

Had to adapt oox::Shape && Diagram handling since there the

Had to add a detection that resetting the GrabBag is meant to
disable the Diagam functionality. That is very indirect, but

To allow advanced Diagram/SmartArt support in the future
this is a first step to organize imported SmartArt Data in
a way that will allow to re-layout loaded SmartArts, under
re-usage of the oox::Theme (held available).
It is designed to work without holding available the
original XML snippets defining the imported Diagram in any
way, also for performance reasons. It tries to re-use some
of the already basically added functionality, including
the systematic layouting using the generic layout
algorithm, plus some already available text extraction.
Before being sure that the former state can be completely
replaced this is optoinal and used when
SAL_ENABLE_ADVANCED_SMART_ART is defined. Some new stuff
is already done but e.g. the redefined reLayout method will
not (yet) be triggered. It works and reliably produces a
re-layouted identical version, also preserving
transformations.

It appears that placeholder shapes with service names:
- com.sun.star.presentation.TitleTextShape
- com.sun.star.presentation.DateTimeShape
- com.sun.star.presentation.FooterShape
- com.sun.star.presentation.SlideNumberShape
...
Are unable to have custom shapes in Impress. (i.e. can't be
ellipse, triangle etc.). These presets get specified in OOXML
with <a:prstGeom prst="ellipse"/> inside spPr (shape properties).
Therefore with similar results to the PPT import, a workaround
is applied where slide footers which have non default shapes
are imported with com.sun.star.drawing.CustomShapes service.
The layout/master footers are left as is since if they were to
be imported as CustomShapes they would appear on each slide
even if the slide had those footers enabled or not.

that was introduced for no apparent reason.
I have no understanding about shapes, and so
I have no idea why setting FillBitmap to an xGraphic
is different from setting it to a name, but it makes
a huge difference on the image size,
and the crop values aren't scaled to the reduced size.
Since this section of code looks like a cut/paste
relic of early stages of developing the fix,
lets just revert this portion since the original
author has made no response at all to the regression report.

On issue with registering was that the registering happened when
the macro source was in the process to be read into the library,
which is just a bit too early, because the macro wasn't found and
not registered.
Another issue was with searching for the macro method (hasMacro),
which doesn't search the same when the module name is known and
when it isn't. This was changed so we just iterate through the
modules and call the same "FindMethod" method without any extra
restrictions.

It missed some occurrences of 0 when only looking into uninstantiated template
code, as Clang doesn't model them with an ImplicitCastExpr, even if the target
is known to be a (dependent) pointer type.
Looking into all template instantiations of course carries the risk that a given
use of 0 is meant to be interpreted as a pointer in some and as an integer in
other instantiations. But the only case where that happened in the current code
base is RegistryValueList::getElement (include/registry/registry.hxx), where {}
is arguably a better choice anyway. (And which would presumably also hold for
any future such cases.)

In this part, oox module has been modified in order to prepare
for WPG handling during OOXML import. Note: Wpg is the drawingML
equivalent of v:group, supporting text boxes in the group.
1) Added new parameter for WpgContext to support nested
Wpg shapes, and WPS enabled for the WPG member shapes.
2) A bug has fixed, where group member line shape and
connector shapes have wrong positions before in the group.
3) Unit tests had to be modified, and 3 of them disabled
temporarily due to missing Writerfilter implementation (what
will be the next commit)
Now group shapes can have textboxes and the text is imported
for that, but complex content is still missing (this will be
fixed in writerfilter by the next commit).
Known issue: WPG shapes with textboxes in floating table
have issues during import at floating table conversion, so until
this is not fixed this function is disabled for shapes in tables
(will be fixed a follow-up commit later).

This is a squashed commit containing set of changes:
* Create a input field from sdt text block.
* Advanced support for reading field data from data bindings
which can point to custom xml or properties xml. For this
XOOXMLDocumentPropertiesImporter idl interface was extrended
with extra getterrs to get properties as xml dom elements.
* Support for exporting of this feature back to docx. For this
some extra parameters for sdt block are kept in newly introduced
grabbag for input fields. If field does not contain grabbag it
being exported as before (FILLIN or whatsoever), otherwise
sdt block is counstructed based on data from grabbag.
* Basic support for updating custom xml values back into
custom xmls with usage of xslt transformations. To achieve
this extra parameters were introduced to XXSLTTransformer:
now it is able to support in-memory transformation stylesheets.
Some unittests were corrected: since sdt plain text edit area is
a field located inside paragraph in outout corresponding sdt is
also located inside paragraph (instead of Word's approach with
paragraph inside sdt). Seems this is not critical.

...instead of by listing the content somewhat redundantly in the Rdb_*.mk
files, to avoid duplication of logic for components that are only built
conditionally (and thus should only be included conditionally in the
corresponding Rdb). To achieve that, add an "rdb" parameter to
gb_ComponentTarget_ComponentTarget (and to the gb_*_set_componentfile macros
that internally call gb_ComponentTarget_ComponentTarget), which is used to make
the appropriate gb_Rdb_add_component call internally from within
gb_ComponentTarget_ComponentTarget. (As a special case,
gb_CppunitTest_set_componentfile shall not call gb_Rdb_add_component, as that
has already been done by the corresponding gb_Library_set_componentfile call, so
allow the gb_ComponentTarget_ComponentTarget "rdb" parameter to be empty to
support that special case.)
Most Rdb_*.mk files are thus mostly empty now. One exception is
i18npool/Rdb_saxparser.mk, which duplicates some of the Rdb_services content as
needed during the build in CustomTarget_i18npool/localedata.
1c9a40299d328c78c035ca63ccdf22c5c669a03b "gbuild: create services.rdb from built
components" had already tried to do something similar (in addition to other
things) under a new --enable-services-rdb-from-build option. However, that
approach had four drawbacks that this approach here addresses (and which thus
partly reverts 1c9a40299d328c78c035ca63ccdf22c5c669a03b):
1 Rdb_services shall not contain the component files of all libraries that are
built. While that commit filtered out the component files that go into
Rdb_ure/services (ure/Rdb_ure.mk), it failed to filter out the component files
that go into others like Rdb_postgresql-sdbc
(connectivity/Rdb_postgresql-sdbc.mk).
2 The code added by that commit to Makefile.gbuild codified the knowledge that
there is an Rdb_services, which is brittle.
3 The code added by that commit to solenv/gbuild/Rdb.mk codified the knowledge
(for gb_Rdb__URECOMPONENTS) that there is an Rdb_ure/services, which is brittle.
4 Introducing an --enable-services-rdb-from-build option needlessly provided
two different ways how the content of Rdb_services is assembled.
The changes done here would leave --enable-services-rdb-from-build as a
misnomer, as it no longer controls how Rdb_services is assembled. I thus
renamed it to --enable-customtarget-components, as that is apparently what it
still does now.

to avoid bad overlapping lines.
PPTX does not have the option "At least", so line spacing
with this setting is converted to fixed line spacing.
Improve this workaround to use single line spacing, if the
"At least" value is lower than the size of the characters,
like "At least" is handled by Impress.

As a start, do this only in case there are no effects used. If there is
no theme color or there are effects, fall back to the old code.
Also move parseExportStream() from SdModelTestBaseXML up to MacrosTest,
so oox/ test code can use it as well.

This was already handled in oox/ at import-time: this adds it to the doc
model, including UNO API and PPTX import.
This is a dependency PPTX export and UI, and also the last transform
which is easy to generate from the PowerPoint UI and we didn't import to
the doc model.
