With this option we can set where the summary rows should appear,
above or below the datas when we create a new Subtotal area. The default
option is "True" (which means the summary rows are below the datas)
when we create a new subtotal area. Unless if we already have one subtotal
area on the same sheet, in that case the sheet level property, "TotalsRowBelow"
contains where should the summary rows be for the new Subtotal's.
TODO: add new ODF xml attribute for Summary below

This patch creates the API necessary to create solver models via macros, so that the model is visible in the Solver dialog, and the model is saved to the file.
This patch also includes a comprehensive unit test in scsolverobj.cxx.

VBAToRegexp is wrong, using Basic wildcards. The functionality introduced
in tdf#72196 matches the required wildcard repertoire.
This introduces a new WildcardEscapeCharacter property to SearchDescriptor
service. Interestingly, the default value there was backslash.
TODO: also fix Range.AutoFilter, and drop VBAToRegexp. To do that, a new
property is needed in service SheetFilterDescriptor, to use wildcards,

Also adds "Theme" property as a top level document property
so it is possible to get and set the theme in xmloff.
Also tests have been added to cover this usecases.

Added option "Formula indicator and hint" to LibreOffice Calc > View section (near to "Comment indicator"). This option turned off by default to avoid interfere existing UX.
Indicator displays in the bottom-left corner as blue triangle marker if cells contains formula (correctly reacts on cells merging and different sizing).
Hint displays when user hover cursor over the cell that contains the formula (uses already built-in mechanics for help tooltip).

The password for editing wasn't asked, also wasn't
exported in XLSX documents. Now it's exported in Calc
using the following steps, also verified before editing:
- In File->Save As, choose Excel 2007–365 (.xlsx) format;
- enable checkbox "Save with password" and click Save;
- in the dialog "Set password", click on "Options" and enable
checkbox "Open file read-only", and enter a password
for editing (i.e. skip the password for opening).
Note: Excel 2016 doesn't ask password for editing, but
Office 365 does. Passwords created in Excel haven't been
supported, yet. Also passwords with diacritics aren't
interoperable.
Note: saving the file under a different path is still
allowed both in Calc and Excel without asking the password
for editing.

tdf#64086: fix broken XLSX import of named ranges in charts
Do not create inner data table in Calc for charts, if the
data source contains named ranges. Use the named ranges
(local sheet names and global names) to find the data
source of charts, so it will be updated correctly if we
modify the values in cells.
Second part:
tdf#143623: chart OOXML, offapi: export the named ranges in charts
with the proper special (non-ooxml-standard) Excel syntax.
We need to add "[0]" characters before a global named range
for proper refreshing of chart data. Also we have to add the
sheet name to the local named ranges even if it's on the same
sheet, but only in case of charts. Because of this, add property
RefConventionChartOOXML to com::sun::star::sheet::FormulaParser,
which specifies that use special OOXML chart syntax in case of
OOXML reference convention, when parsing a formula string.
Third part:
tdf#66250 ODF chart: export the reference of named ranges
in case of charts, if the named range contains a valid reference.
Note: maybe export the name of named ranges would be a nicer
solution in the future.

This were removed, but for backwards compatibility this commit

behaviour also changes as internal vnd.sun.star.GraphicObject
scheme URLs aren't supported so this properties can only be set

This is a squashed commit of the pivot chart implementation.
Some of the changes:
- Add pivot chart specific (pivot table) data provider which
provides the data from a pivot table to the associated chart.
- When inserting a chart and the cursor is in a pivot table,
in that case insert a pivot chart
- Modify the pivot chart when the pivot table changes
- Collect and set the number format for the values
- isDataFromSpreadsheet check for the creation wizard
- In ChartView (and VLegend) check if the data provider is a
pivot chart data provider and get the pivot table field names
to create the buttons on the UI.
- Adds the functionallity to show a filter pop-up (from calc)
when clicking on row / column / page field buttons.
- Remove (X)PopupRequest as we won't need it.
- Add ODF import/export for pivot charts:
+ Added loext:data-pilot-source attribute on chart:chart
which is the internal name of the pivot table with which the
pivot chart is associated with. If the element is present, then
the it means the chart is a pivot chart, else it is a normal
chart
+ Added service to create pivot chart data provider through UNO
+ Add new methods to XPivotChartDataProvider to create value and
label data sequences separately from the data source, which is
needed for pivot chart import
+ When importing defer setting the data provider until a later
time when we know if we are creating a chart od a pivot chart
- Pivot chart ODF round-trip test
- Add table pivot chart supplier API:
This adds the XTablePivotChartSupplier and related interfaces so
we can access, create, delete pivot charts from UNO in a sheet
document. With this we now distinguish between normal charts
and pivot charts. This was mainly needed because we can't extend
the "published" interfaces of TableChartSupplier.
- Added an extensive test, which uses the API to create a new
pivot chart when there was none, and checks that the pivot chart
updates when the pivot table updates.

This should ensure that as long as the style does not change the cell
style name is the same after an import export cycle.
Each ScPatternAttr stores a unique ID and we store the ID to name
mapping during import. During export if we find a ScPatternAttr that has
a key that is also stored in the map we write back the style name from
the map.
To avoid name collisions we block the style names from the import for
the export.
The missing piece to make this completely awesome is now to make sure
that styles are sorted by name during export. That way we can reduce the
diff between import and export even more.
