Some notes:
* testLinkedGraphicRT needed to be adapted. Saving to
Calc Office Open XML doesn't keep IsLinkedGraphic.
Reported in tdf#152036. No idea why it didn't fail before
* Some tests used "generic_HTML" as export filter format, which
is wrong. Instead, "HTML (StarCalc)" should have been used.
But then, the test would have failed with
- unsatisfied query for interface of type com.sun.star.sheet.XSpreadsheetDocument!
So trying to export to html in those tests is not expected.
No idea why it didn't fail before
* testTdf90299 fails now with
- Expected: 'file:///tmp/lu23738863wthph.tmp/dummy.xls'#$Sheet1.A1
- Actual : 'file:///tmp/lu23738863wthph.tmp/lu23738863wthpg.tmp/dummy.xls'#$Sheet1.A1
I added a TODO to check it later
* testNamedRangeBugfdo62729 fails on mac with an infinite loop

Import of a SmartArt creates a group with a background shape and then
the SmartArt shapes. The background shape determines the position and
size of the group.
The method Shape::convertSmartArtToMetafile() replaces the existing
SmartArt shapes with a metafile object and thereby throws away the
background shape. Thus the group takes it size from the metafile object,
which has default size 100x100 (Hmm) and position 0|0.
The patch remembers the original size and position from the background
shape and applies it then to the metafile shape.

The solution reuses the arg-env bootstrap variable already used by
test::OfficeConnection::setUp (unotest/source/cpp/officeconnection.cxx) and for
that makes test::getArgumnet available outside Library_unotest. (For
simplicity, it adds the relevant gb_CppunitTest_add_arguments calls
unconditionally to the various *.mk files, even though the data is only used
conditionally for non-_WIN32 in test::BootstrapFixture::validate in
test/source/bootstrapfixture.cxx, at least for now.)
Not sure what exactly started to cause this issue now for my ASan builds on
Fedora 34.
