This patch depends on the previous variable renaming patch.

The events may be processed after the shell has been destroyed. This is
happening reliably after commit e2bfc34d146806a8f96be0cd2323d716f12cba4e
(Reimplement OleComponentNative_Impl to use IGlobalInterfaceTable,
2024-03-11) when controlling LibreOffice from external Java scripts; but
obviously, it could happen before as well.
Now SotObject inherits from cppu::OWeakObject, instead of SvRefBase.

Currently, the value of the "Show navigation panel" parameter for
presentations is not saved. The section in which this setting is
now located, apparently, is saved in files. It might make sense
to move this setting to Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Impress -> General,
because it relates to the device rather than the slideshow.

If we have the document setting preferred image size set, then
use that as the default DPI and recalcualte the logical image
size using the DPI and the size in pixels.
This is useful so we have the preferred DPI size as 100% in the
crop dialog, so we can adjust the size in relation to that value.

This button started the selected custom slide show only
by changing the (already) selected custom slide show, and
enabling the checkbox "Use custom slide show". Otherwise it
started always the full show.
Remove the redundant checkbox "Use custom slide show" of the
dialog window "Custom Slide Shows" (Slide Show->Custom Slide Show...)
to avoid inconsistent behavior of the Start button (which could
start the full show instead of the selected custom slide show).
Now Start button of the dialog starts the selected custom slide
show only once, i.e. it doesn't modify the global slide show
settings for all the next slide shows (that is already handled
by Slide Show->Slide Show Settings->Range->"Custom slide show:"
and Slide Show->Slide Show Settings->Range->"All slides").

Target of this change is to get rid of the SVGFilter
in current LO which is based on the standard-ODF importer
using it's functionality by passing in/handing over
temporary created XML-Stream-Data.
First step is to alternatively import the given SVG
file to a newly created Document and to strip the
existing Filter-Code.
Adding the first prototype of the changed import. It
is capable of importing the given SVG to the created
Draw/Impress document. It adds the SVG which gets imported
by SVGIO as GraphicObject. It adapts sizes and positions of
Page and GraphicObject to have a smooth import.
Adding stripping of SVGFilter and used ressources. Done
as deep as possible, hopefully all places found.
Adapted now to create an Impress document. Also added needed
adaptions to PageSize(s), including layout and PresObj stuff
to make all MasterPages/LayoutPages work correctly.
Added reaction on empty SVG. This is needed since the
PageSize is adapted to the Graphic. With empty Graphic
a Size(0,0) results and this goes wrong.

Seem UBSAN doesn't like my forced reinterpret_cast to set the Idles
Link in the Timer class. Now there are two possible solution:
1. convert all (DECL|IMPL).*_LINK call sites to use a Timer* or
2. split the inheritance of Idle from Timer again to maintain
different Link<>s and move all common code into a TimerBase.
While the 1st is more correct, the 2nd has a better indicator for
Idles. This implements the first solution.
And while at it, this also converts all call sites of SetTimeoutHdl
and SetIdleHdl to SetInvokeHandler and gets rid of some local Link
objects, which are just passed to the SetInvokeHandler call.
It also introduces ClearInvokeHandler() and replaces the respective
call sites of SetInvokeHandler( Link<Timer *, void>() ).

Although the UI prevents someone from renaming slides
so that two have the same name, it is still possible to
have such non-uniquely named pages apparently. Since drag/drop
uses the name to add a slide to the clipboard, it resulted
in duplicates of the first found instance of the slidename, and
loss of the similarly-named slides when they were dragged to
a new location.
