Delete Row and Delete Column were there, but no option to delete table,
so that major omission was fixed for Draw and Impress.
The notebookbar looks very incomplete. Also, I didn't really
understand the pop-out menu configuration, and at least in the
one case there didn't seem to be a good space to add delete table.
So I left the notebookbar completely alone.

Signature lines already work in Writer and Calc, this starts adding it
to Draw.
The current code is similar to SID_DRAW_RECT, just the implementation
for the UNO command is allowed in read-only mode, to be used for PDFs
opened for signing.
Also allow SID_OBJECT_SELECT is read-only mode: selecting objects makes
sense to allow (usually already works on the UI) and this is needed to
allow finishing the "create" mode in a read-only view.

uno:Underline is the "real" deal, and has multiple underline options
uno:UnderlineSimple is "some underline on" vs no underline
calc and writer had UnderlineSingle, UnderlineDouble and UnderlineDotted
for that specific type of underline on vs not-on
add those to draw/impress too and then use UnderlineSingle instead of Underline
in the format menu so that when UnderlineDouble is applied, UnderlineSingle is
not show as applied, instead of using Underline ot UnderlineSimple which would
show as on if UnderlineDouble was applied

Adds arrangement actions to position & size sidebar so it is
possible to move the object up/down in the stack.
As Draw/Impress uses it's own action names for the same UNO action
(Forward/Back in Draw and ObjectForwardOne and ObjectBackOne in
Writer/Calc) also add the global ones to Draw/Impress and connect
them to the same function as Forward/Back. This commit does not
unify them however (Forward/Back are still used in menus/toolbars)
but this could be done in the future.

This gives the user a tool to consolidate multiple textboxes
into a single textbox. First the user selects a group of
textframes, and then runs the consolidate text function.
This will REPLACE the marked textframes with a single textbox
combining all of the text. The function inspects the text
fragments to see if they end in sentence-ending punctuation.
If not, then the next textbox's content is appended to it
instead of starting a new pargraph. It is the user's responsibility
to afterwards fix up paragraphing, and set paragraph properties.
The rational for this patch is to simplify making major text
changes on PDFs imported into Draw, since each paragraph is
currently broken into tiny character-property textbox fragments.
Copy/paste from the PDF itself doesn't keep character attributes,
so it is hard for a user to re-create the text.
This is related to tdf#32249, but as a comment says, a better
solution would be to write an entire text-focused PDF import,
rather than just pick up the pieces. And I agree, but considering
this simple patch took me a couple of weeks of frustration,
I'm obviously not the person to do that. And since the bug
has been open for 9 years, likely no one else will either.
Thus, this pick-up-the-pieces tool to help the end user.
This initial patch works only with textFrames, but can
easily be adjusted to consolidate other HasText() SdrObjects.
However, that tended to produce unexpected results, so everything
other than OBJ_TEXT is explicitly excluded.
(Thus general shapes with text, callouts, text-along-path etc
are ignored.)

The UNO command always prompted the user via file open dialog.
This change allows for passing the filename as an argument
to allow for inserting slide background programatically.
Also, hide the Insert Image button in the sidebar
since we can't use that (just yet), because
it invokes .uno:SelectBackground directly. We would
need to send LOOL a notification to invoke this on
its own end to first prompt the user for a file.

* Add 2 new uno command aliases to handle 2 different
styles of redaction export/sanitization:
* .uno:RedactedExportBlack & .uno:RedactedExportWhite
* Replace the single export button with the 2 new buttons
* Add a new toolbox names .uno:RedactedExportToolbox which
consists of the new 2 commands. It will be added to the Redaction
toolbar after we solve the icon issue.
* Now new redaction shapes are named as RectangleRedactionShape
or FreeformRedactionShape based on their type.
* While exporting to PDF, a seamless step of "Sanitization"
takes place, in which, all shapes in the Draw doc are traversed
and turned into opaq black or white (with black border) shapes,
then the whole doc is converted into bitmap (page by page).
* After the export operation is completed. All shapes are converted
back to the usual redaction style (gray and transparent).
* Icon issue:
* We need 2 new icons for our new commands, one for black redaction
shapes without border, and one for white redaction shapes with black
border.
* I tried adding links to a current icon, but it didn't work, so they
are iconless for now.
* Next to do: Handle icon issue, and take the redaction implementation
into a separate helper class because it is growing fast.

Minimize column width: Adjusts the width of the selected columns
to fit the selected content. The table can shrink if necessary,
but will not grow.
(Previously no way to minimize columns. Since
minimizing really can mess up merged cells, enhance my
new calcPreferredColumnWidth function.)
Minimize row height: Adjusts the height of the selected rows
to fit the content, causing the table to shrink.
(The new optimize action functioned as minimize. So this change
tweaks optimize so that it does not reduce the table size. A
followup commit will make it distribute based on largest
minimized row (still without reducing table size), and change
distributed rows to work the way the document states - based
on the largest row.

without changing the width of the table.
Any leftover space is distributed proportionately,
with thin columns growing slightly,
and wide columns growing much wider.
The implementation and results are different from how Writer
does it, but tables themselves are also very different in Draw.
So I don't think it needs to be handled identically.
Writer's implementation is really "minimalColumnWidth" anyway.
