Trying to replicate the behaviour implemented
in the search dialog, while trying to respect
the previous logic for search bar which
ignores diacritics and kashida if CTL font
is enabled.
In my opinion, the new checkbox should be the
only parameter ruling whether the search
should match diacritics or not, but we
can still ignore kashida if CTL font is
enabled.

In response to #50998 (as well as #87892 indirectly),
regarding adding sinusoidal and coil-like shapes to the
shape gallery in LibreOffice, this commit adds a sinusoid
shape to the gallery.
The shape is still incomplete for release, at least lacking
icons for the sidebar. Further details posted on the Bugzilla
thread for issue #50998.
PS-2: Removed the previously added flag shape.
PS-4: Moved sinusoid to the end in a new subgroup.

still exists, just isn't presented by default.
help describes this as
"Inserts a floating frame into the current document. Floating frames are
used in HTML documents to display the contents of another file."
and
"Changes the properties of the selected floating frame. Floating frames
work best when they contain an html document, and when they are inserted
in another html document."
This is basically support for html IFrames and is a fairly obscure thing
for an ordinary document.

Delete Row and Delete Column were there, but no option to delete table,
so that major omission was fixed for Draw and Impress.
The notebookbar looks very incomplete. Also, I didn't really
understand the pop-out menu configuration, and at least in the
one case there didn't seem to be a good space to add delete table.
So I left the notebookbar completely alone.

* Add 2 new uno command aliases to handle 2 different
styles of redaction export/sanitization:
* .uno:RedactedExportBlack & .uno:RedactedExportWhite
* Replace the single export button with the 2 new buttons
* Add a new toolbox names .uno:RedactedExportToolbox which
consists of the new 2 commands. It will be added to the Redaction
toolbar after we solve the icon issue.
* Now new redaction shapes are named as RectangleRedactionShape
or FreeformRedactionShape based on their type.
* While exporting to PDF, a seamless step of "Sanitization"
takes place, in which, all shapes in the Draw doc are traversed
and turned into opaq black or white (with black border) shapes,
then the whole doc is converted into bitmap (page by page).
* After the export operation is completed. All shapes are converted
back to the usual redaction style (gray and transparent).
* Icon issue:
* We need 2 new icons for our new commands, one for black redaction
shapes without border, and one for white redaction shapes with black
border.
* I tried adding links to a current icon, but it didn't work, so they
are iconless for now.
* Next to do: Handle icon issue, and take the redaction implementation
into a separate helper class because it is growing fast.

* Make sure the new param makes it into PDFExport as part of FilterData
* Hijack the metafile before being sent to ImplExportPage(), convert to bitmap, and replace the original
* Add a new entry to GenericCommands.xcu to make our button with param visible
* Nitpick: For things to be included in the bitmap conversion,
they need to be added to the metafile before the conversion
in PDFExport::ExportSelection(). Things added after that point
(inside ImplExportPage() for example) will not be bitmapped/pixelized

Minimize column width: Adjusts the width of the selected columns
to fit the selected content. The table can shrink if necessary,
but will not grow.
(Previously no way to minimize columns. Since
minimizing really can mess up merged cells, enhance my
new calcPreferredColumnWidth function.)
Minimize row height: Adjusts the height of the selected rows
to fit the content, causing the table to shrink.
(The new optimize action functioned as minimize. So this change
tweaks optimize so that it does not reduce the table size. A
followup commit will make it distribute based on largest
minimized row (still without reducing table size), and change
distributed rows to work the way the document states - based
on the largest row.

Optimize column width: Adjusts the width of the
selected columns to fit the content,
without changing the width of the table.
Any leftover space is distributed proportionately,
with thin columns growing slightly,
and wide columns growing much wider.
The implementation and results are different from how Writer
does it, but tables themselves are also very different in Draw.
So I don't think it needs to be handled identically.
Writer's implementation is really "minimalColumnWidth" anyway.

Changes in this commit:
- AlwaysAllowSave config is gone. Saving is always permitted, unless in
a read only document. Also changed the behavior in dbaccess to match
sfx2.
- The toolbar save button is always enabled, to always give access to
the dropdown. That's the case even in a read only document, except
that it changes to DROPDOWNONLY, and the save as command icon+tooltip.
In table/query designers we still disable the button in read only state.
- When the document is modified, the toolbar button gets a special icon
to indicate that.
TODO:
- Icons for the document modified state are still missing. I added some
fake links to Tango's links.txt in order to test the new behavior.
These links shouldn't stay as-is in a production version!
