This is the first step of refactoring Animation where it is needed
to separate AnimationBitmap(s) from the Animation class, which
is also responsible for displaying of animation.
General idea is to make Graphic work only with AnimationBitmaps,
which can be freely be swapped out and in, make copies - all
transparantly from the actually displaying them and possibly it
will also remove the need to copy the animation objects.

This adds GenericTypeSerializer, which is now responsible of
serializing the Color into a stream (other types will follow), but
only for the older version of the binary format. The new version
we just write the sal_UInt32 mValue directly.
This is a start of decoupling the serialization of generic types
in tools and vcl module from the actual type, so we can in the
future replace those with basegfx variant.

(1) Migrated all still existing binary load/save stuff
in SfxPoolItem to legacy files. Isolated from Item
implementations. Adapted all usages. No more methods
Create/Store needed, also GetVersion removed
(2) Removed operator= for SfxPoolItem. Adapted all
usages. Goal ist to handle Items more as Objects
('Object-Oriented') in the sense to move/handle
instances, not to copy one instance over another one
(which is more and more problematic with hard to copy
content as UNO API stuff or similar). This lead to
much more usages of std::shared_ptr which correlates
well with future plans fr Items (see dev branch).
Next logic step will be to also remove copy constructor
Linux build and corrections done
Fixed Writer test and removed unused defines
Fixed another unused m,acro
Started to unify the AutoFormat stuff
Changes to OUString constructor usages, tests completely
No idea why, but SfxStringItem constructor which
takes a OUString& now insists of not getting ::OUString's
handed in - changed all 'SfxStringItem.*OUString.*".*"'
accordingly

Regression from commit 59339dec1ce56213dc74a06af2f0d35ac1c534d7
(tdf#105150 PPTX import: try harder to handle <p:sp useBgFill="1">,
2017-01-06), the problem was that we gave a white solid fill to a shape
which is meant to be transparent.
Fix the problem by limiting the scope of the mentioned commit to solid
colors only, and also extend to code to look for background fill from
the masterpage as well. This allows not hardcoding the white solid fill
and leaves the fill style of shapes as transparent where the slide
background is a bitmap or other more complex fill type.

This dramatically simplifies most operations on this data structure.

It turns out that this change revealed unit tests written incorrectly
(and untested), or maybe which became broken (not testing) because of
some previous assertXPath change? They incorrectly used 3-arg form of
it to check node content equality to passed string, while in fact, an
attribute was looked for with that name, and its empty return tested
to match default empty 4th argument.

Commit 881043d1f01fad663c0a17f11cbe2dab79e31217 (#i98792# Allow frequent
calls to slide show update()., 2009-04-27) added a comment in
sd::SlideshowImpl::updateSlideShow() talking about an "above" case, when
the slideshow update suggests to not wait till the next update,
but later commit 12dcf5e6e770b1933252a1f919663ba45ded4cdf (slideshow:
cleanup main-loop usage, post-yield listeners, etc., 2015-11-13) removed
that handling.
That was fine till opengl rendering was introduced, which swaps its
backbuffer in an idle handler. Given that OpenGLFlushIdle's priority is
TaskPriority::POST_PAINT and SlideshowImpl::maUpdateTimer's priority is
TaskPriority::REPAINT, the GL backbuffer is not always painted while an
animation is ongoing.
This is more visible when tweaking the bugdoc to have an e.g. 5 sec
animation, then starting the slideshow results in waiting for 5 seconds
and only then the slide shows up, without an animation.
Fix the problem by re-introducing the handling of the fUpdate == 0, and
processing idle events there, which means the GL backbuffer will be
always painted, regardless if fUpdate is a small number or 0.

The helper marco is used in export code to convert UTF-16 internal
string representation to UTF-8 used in XML encoding. I suppose that all
strings here should be already valid UTF-16 (an invalid input should
have been validated at import/input stage). An invalid string at this
stage means a programming error in another part of code that breaks this
precondition, and should not be handled at export stage.
(See also commit 0267a2326b5282023e8b08a147eca178c5db1980.)
This effectively changes flags used in conversion from UTF-16 to UTF-8,
so that now RTL_UNICODETOTEXT_FLAGS_INVALID_ERROR is used instead of
RTL_UNICODETOTEXT_FLAGS_INVALID_DEFAULT, so that the result would be
truncated on invalid bytes instead of inserting U+FFFD, and would fail
assertion in debug builds.
Other changed flags don't affect UTF-16-to-UTF-8 conversion.
