The pdf processor carefully records clip paths, but does very little
with them. It's currently just used in the recently added
tiling pattern fill.
Make the existing solid fills use the clip path.
This resolves 101611, 108813, and helps some
side issues in tdf#155170 In particular, the fish bowl on p.15
now looks about correct, but the fishes are still very, erm, square.
(I think there may be a longer term task to rework the clipping
completely)

…by a simple/static $(gb_CustomTarget_workdir)/foo
The build system has a lot of overly complicated leftovers from when it
was introduced and had not only deal with split repositories but also
had to coexist with another buildsystem. Along with lots of copy'n'paste
along the years the makefiles became hard to grasp for newcomers with
all our calls and evals.
As a first step to streamline that, the macros from TargetLocations that
simply prefix a static path to the argument (and similar of the same
kind) are a natural pick before simplifying the rules themselves/getting
rid of a bunch of eval statements.

The problem was, that upon any error in opening a PDF, out Poppler
wrapper used another bundled document, with a single page with a static
text "This PDF file is encrypted and can't be opened.". That happened
regardless of the nature of the problem (it could be an IO problem, as
in tdf#160260, or other things from Poppler's poppler/ErrorCodes.h).
For automated import (command line or API), it meant that it was not
possible to detect the failure.
This replaces this strange mechanism with a normal error reporting. For
now, a simple "general input/output error" will be reported; but it is
possible to use interaction handler to show details (see comment in
xpdf_ImportFromFile).

Commit 046e9545956d8ad1d69345d6b4a4c0a33714d179 (Try to revert to use
of file_iterator from boost on Windows, 2023-10-31) had introduced a
problem that pdfparse::PDFReader::read couldn't create file_iterator
for files already opened with write access: mmap_file_iterator ctor
on Windows used single FILE_SHARE_READ as dwSharedMode parameter for
CreateFileA WinAPI; and that failed, when the file was already opened
using GENERIC_WRITE in dwDesiredAccess - which happens when opening
stream in TypeDetection::impl_detectTypeFlatAndDeep.
Fix this by patching boosts' mmap_file_iterator constructor to use
FILE_SHARE_READ | FILE_SHARE_WRITE, like we do in osl_openFile.
But there was a pre-existing problem of using char-based CreateFileA
API, which disallows opening any files with names not representable
in current Windows codepage. Such hybrid PDF files would still fail
creation of the file_iterator, and open as PDF.
Fix that by further patching boost to have wstring-based constructors
for file_iterator and mmap_file_iterator on Windows, which would call
CreateFileW.

... DrawElement twice in WriterXmlEmitter"
This reverts commit 9ea9d3ccc0f8e4833e745d9655b61d42d6d8fe83.
The reason for the revert:
It causes regressions as indicated in tdf#157589 and tdf#153969.
That commit may be my misunderstanding of the code.

It may happen in case of several trailers, which is OK. The calling code
will check the type of the returned object anyway.
