add a route to get calc Floating Frame links under 'manage links'
much harder than writer because the organization and ordering
of properties and object activation etc is different.
This ended up ugly, but functions.
We set FrameURL before AddShape, we have to do it again later because it
gets cleared when the SdrOle2Obj is attached to the XShape. But we want
FrameURL to exist when AddShape triggers SetPersistName which itself
triggers SdrOle2Obj::CheckFileLink_Impl and at that point we want to
know what URL will end up being used. So bodge this by setting FrameURL
to the temp pre-SdrOle2Obj attached properties and we can smuggle it
eventually into SdrOle2Obj::SetPersistName at the right point after
PersistName is set but before SdrOle2Obj::CheckFileLink_Impl is called
in order to inform the link manager that this is an IFrame that links to
a URL

In Windows, files have security zones (local, from intranet, from
internet, etc) used by MS Word to decide in which mode it is safe to
open file.
This patch implements basic support for similar feature: it is now
possible to use expert configuration options to set up default
behavior and configure for example automatic disabling of macros, if
a file is downloaded from Internet or other unsafe location.
Changed defaults: files from untrusted zones, or the internet, get
macros disabled unconditionally. Can be overridden via
officecfg::Office::Common::Security::Scripting::WindowsSecurityZone.*
in the expert config dialog.

Per default, a document opened by a user action will always open
in a new frame. For tdf#83722, this behaviour was extended to
documents created from templates.
But this currently also affects the default factory templates, if
these are replaced by a config setting with a real template, which
was not intentional.
So this patch introduces a new MediaDescriptor property, which
allows to mark a document as replaceable and automatically sets
it for factory default documents. If this property is set to true,
a document just acts as a placeholder while it's unmodified. I.e.
the next opened document from its frame will close and replace it.
For this backport the documentation in MediaDescriptor.idl is
dropped, so people won't rely on this as a feature before 7.0.

This extends the filter comparison from commit c3a1c83ff5af
("tdf#42316 preserve macro signature of templates").
The original patch just stripped "_template" from the source
filter to find equal document types, which just enables the
"template => document" case. This patch also strips the
"_template" from the target filter, which fixes the "document
or template => template" cases.
This also extends the signing save tests:
* OTT 1.2 => OTT 1.2 - preserve
* ODT 1.2 => OTT 1.2 - preserve
* OTT 1.0 => OTT 1.0 - preserve
* ODT 1.0 => OTT 1.0 - preserve
* OTT 1.0 => OTT 1.2 - drop
