2015-10-12TDE: move stuff into the tde-integration packageJan-Marek Glogowski
Currently the package just contains the TDE shell backend library. This moves the URL handler tde-url-open and the vcl plugin into the integration package, like the KDE3 based kde-integration. So far, I have only run the plugin up till the VCL module. Also the plugin deliberately excludes anything more complicated than a straightforward incrementing for loop.
