(And not $(LIBO_BIN_FOLDER)/opengl. Note that on Linux and Windows, LIBO_ETC_FOLDER and LIBO_BIN_FOLDER are the same, "program".) That's where getShaderFolder() in vcl/source/opengl/OpenGLHelper.cxx looks for them.
