* Client code must replace uses of idlc and regmerge with uses of unoidl-write,
see the changes to odk/examples/ and ure/source/uretext/ in
40f2aee6584eafcf4cd1d95fcf1f775e5435440d "Provide unoidl-write also for the
SDK" for examples.
* The new types.rdb format is not compatible with LibreOffice < 4.1. Clients
generating extensions containing such files are advised to use appropriate
LibreOffice-minimal-version elements.
* For compatibility with old extensions, reading the legacy types.rdb format is
still supported.
* The SDK no longer ships an idl/ sub-directory containing the udkap and offapi
.idl files (as, unlike idlc, unoidl-write does not need them).
odk/config/cfgWin.js had to be adapted to look (somewhat arbitrarily) for an
examples/ sub-directory instead of idl/ when checking for "an sdk folder".
gb_UnoApi_package_idlfiles became unused and has been removed.
* The idlc and regmerge executables have been removed. Module idlc has been
removed except for idlc/test/parser/, which is also used by
CustomTarget_unoidl/unoidl-write_test, and which may eventually be moved into
module unoidl. Module external/ucpp and the corresponding configure options
have also been removed.

Back when solenv/flatpak-manifest.in started with
68fda058972a6fbb38b797f50575b84f4cb3fab1 "Put flatpak-builder manifest file into
core repo", the default `make` target ran various unit- and slowchecks (so that
was what Flatpak builds did back then), until
a58e086ededb8442938e81f971dfae36ef7eb076 "rework the default make target"
changed the default `make` target to not run any checks at all (so that is what
Flatpak builds did since then).
Also, for one, 9cf2616c5e709b595eeee6ab88dacdfad2003f98 "Work around i386 kernel
vs. JVM bug for now by disabling all tests on i386" had made i386 not
run any tests at all (back when the default `make` target still ran various
unit- and slowchecks; and which was later cleaned up with
243c05ac27e3ffd94343630e668a53cf3ad18744 "Retire build-nocheck" when there was
no longer a need to explicitly mention build-nocheck to not run any checks at
all). But at least on Flathub we no longer do i386 builds anyway, so this is
presumably moot today.
And for another, 6cb20e0b298f41fe88984aebfe5454f936a0ae3a "Disable
CppunitTset_sc_*_functions_test for linux_aarch64 for now, too" had disabled
certain "tests for aarch64 for now too, to get Flathub builds unstuck" (back
when the default `make` target still ran various unit- and slowchecks). But
that has since been fixed (and 6cb20e0b298f41fe88984aebfe5454f936a0ae3a been
reverted with ae6f41424608b349b45eb3f18ee8c7cff5d6c182 "Revert 'Disable
CppunitTset_sc_*_functions_test for linux_aarch64 for now, too'"), with commits
culminating in 57ad86fec9e5b4981332392bdb5c5a1f5e468bfe "Allow for some variance
in results of some more Calc function calls".
A recent master test build with `make check` on Flathub succeeded at
<https://flathub.org/builds/#/builders/32/builds/71637> (for the two
architectures aarch64 and x86_64 that we build on Flathub), so lets enable that
for now and see how that works out in practice. If it proves too brittle with
too many spurious check failures, we can either restrict it to running fewer
checks (e.g., the old unit- and slowcheck behavior), or disable it completely
again.

Duplication of external tarballs in flatpak-manifest.in is a maintenance
nightmare.
The only difference between the current flatpak-manifest.in and the one
generated from:
make -s cmd cmd='${SRCDIR}/solenv/bin/generate-flatpak-manifest.sh master' > org.libreoffice.LibreOffice.json
... is that the current one contains an outdated reference to
zxing-cpp-1.1.1.tar.gz which was upgraded to zxing-cpp-1.2.0.tar.gz
in download.lst.

we are loading a spreadsheet in parallel here, but the parallel threads
achievei very little actual concurrency because of heavy contention
in the SharedStringPool mutex.
So switch to a concurrent hash map. I looked at a couple of different
ones (including the Folly one), and this was the one with the simplest
resulting code.
This takes my load time from 12.5s to 8s

I didn't check all commits, but the most likely fix was "Fix hang
on SSL connection close with IIS (issue #11)". The server from
this bug report is a "Microsoft-IIS/10.0", according to the output
from "curl --dump-header".
Not sure this bug is critical enough to bump the neon dependency
in configure.

Fixes CVE-2020-25694, plus a bunch more CVE that don't look relevant.
* --with-krb5 no longer exists, neither does --disable-shared
* remove internal-zlib.patch.1:
zlib is only used by pg_* tools / contrib/pgcrypto
* remove postgresql-libs-leak.patch:
some relic from pre-gbuild times, not clear what the point is for
static libs
* remove postgresql-9.2.1-libreoffice.patch:
another dmake .mk file relic, and the win32 nmake build system was
removed
* add postgres-msvc-build.patch.1 to fix Cygwin perl and openssl
* on WNT, libpq.dll is now built, no longer static lib
