The events may be processed after the shell has been destroyed. This is
happening reliably after commit e2bfc34d146806a8f96be0cd2323d716f12cba4e
(Reimplement OleComponentNative_Impl to use IGlobalInterfaceTable,
2024-03-11) when controlling LibreOffice from external Java scripts; but
obviously, it could happen before as well.
Now SotObject inherits from cppu::OWeakObject, instead of SvRefBase.

This was added in commit 29d4ecf32392bc94ab0ba9e73fd79eba65c23fdb
(tdf#115574 sot: fix Excel -> Writer paste, 2018-03-29), where it was
hard to consider 4 bugreports at the same time, so I wrote asserts for
each bugreport. But at the end 1 bugreport is a superset of an other
one, so just moving the 2 comments next to each other having 2 asserts
instead of 3 leads to a simple removal of the duplication.

...by re-enabling the code temporarily #if'ed-out in
a528392e71bc70136021be4e3d83732fccbb885e "Fixed/improved
loplugin:cppunitassertequals" (and which then triggers lots of other
lopglugin:cppunitassertequal CPPUNIT_ASSERT -> CPPUNIT_ASSERT_EQUAL warnings).
For two css::uno::Reference equality comparisons in cppu/qa/test_any.cxx, it
was more straightforward to rewrite them with an explicit call to operator ==
(which silences loplugin:cppunitassertequal) than to adapt them to
CPPUNIT_ASSERT_EQUAL's requirement for arguments of identical types.
In sc/qa/unit/ucalc_pivottable.cxx, ScDPItemData needs toString, which has been
implemented trivially for now, but might want to combine that with the
DEBUG_PIVOT_TABLE-only ScDPItemData::Dump.

This was a problem since commit 29d4ecf32392bc94ab0ba9e73fd79eba65c23fdb
(tdf#115574 sot: fix Excel -> Writer paste, 2018-03-29), the root cause
seems to be that (older?) Safari provides RTF clipboard content which
simply doesn't contain the images.
Just to back to the old behavior on macOS for now, hopefully the
problematic RTF producer will go away in the long run.

Reported problem is that nothing happens for paste. Direct cause is that
BITMAP is selected as the format, and Excel advertises BITMAP, but when
we try to import that, it fails. There are 3 interesting commits in the
recent history for this topic:
- commit c47db038f98aaf7aec3cbe57c4e5683591afa23e (fdo#52547 SOT: Prefer
embedding image data to embedding linked image., 2014-02-07) was a
bugfix due to newer firefox
- commit 538c13f3d1756f2d105115f64ab1bc0b7426eebc (fdo#78801 fdo#52547
Paste preference is image, then html, then text., 2014-05-28) was a
regression fix from the previous fix
- commit a96a7ce51aa98fb9ee97ea3803e2b7e648611008 (fdo#81835 Don't
prefer GDI Metafiles to RTF/HTML, 2014-08-05), was a regression fix
from the previous fixes
Going back to the original state shows that the Excel -> Writer use-case
used to be RTF.
Restore the old Excel -> Writer (RTF) behavior by:
- going back to the original state, ignoring the enum class conversions
- re-fix fdo#52547: prefer bitmap over html, but leave everything else
unchanged
- fdo#78801 needs no fix in this case
- fdo#81835 needs no fix in this case
- tdf#115574 selects RTF -> table shows up
After all these complications, the actual fix is surprisingly simple.

of which there are several.
There are some issues here I am unsure of
- the SW and SC and CHART2 modules essentially ignore the enum values and assign their own ids
Perhaps I should change them to use the common values and create new enum values where necessary?
- the sc/qa/ and sq/qa/ and starmath/qa/ code was doing some dodgy stuff. I translated the code to pass down the stuff
numeric values to the underlying code, but perhaps further fixing is necessary?
