Just pass `aOutputSize` as parameter instead
of assigning that to `aSize` again and then
passing that one as parameter in
`WeldEditView::SetDrawingArea` and
overrides in derived classes.
`aSize.setHeight(aSize.Height())` can just be dropped
as an overly complicated way of keeping the
height as it is.
In `SidebarTextControl::SetDrawingArea`, `aOutputSize`
was already passed as param, so the new value of `aSize`
was ignored anyway.

It's used only for the ConfigurationWrapper singleton, so it's used
only the first time and then ignored. It also causes calls to
comphelper::getProcessComponentContext() for every single invocation
despite the value not being needed, and the calls may not be cheap
(it's ~5% CPU during ODS save because relatively frequent calls
to officecfg::Office::Common::Save::ODF::DefaultVersion::get()).

This restores the clause removed from
LO 3.6's commit 47a77d7dbc427e51421e2df8d59695834cb74980
Ruler: disable snapping, tooltips
[Because that removal left behind dead code,
which was later cleared out, of course this patch
restores that as well.
commit 8303e7ed668fbcbd0ba75bd9dd259f03073ffd46
Author: Noel Grandin on Fri Jun 14 10:41:11 2019 +0200

Basic borders on the paragraph itself
do not affect where LO ends the tabstop,
and thus the removal of that clause was partially justified.
But the table/frame/page/headers definitely need to be adjusted
in order for the tabstops to show in the correct position.
RightFrameMargin needed this as well,
especially now that RTL is supported by the ruler since LO 3.6,
although the Left/Right functions are very different.
[Frames never worked because the aCoreSet wasn't accepting
RES_BOX items. Interesting error considering all of the
other sections of code created a new CoreSet.]

It removes the following code from the build:
* All other major modules: Base, Calc, Chart, Draw, Impress and
Math and related writerperfect filters
* The premultiply tables
* The (auto-)recovery functionality
* All accessibility (but not the accessibility document checker)
* The LanguageGuess component
* EPUB support
* The start center / BackingWindow
* The TipOfTheDay functionality
* The splash screen communication
Currently crashs with anything different then soffice --writer.
Closing the document also still crashes.
FYI: many of these features are now behind ENABLE_WASM_STRIP_*
defines, but they normally don't work on their own, globally!
That's because we started with stripping the main components.

missing border problem with better way. Reason of the problem is using
ORIGCELL cell style for bottom and right of merged ranges is wrong.
Eg: We have Row X Col 3X3 table. (0,1) and (0,2) merged. The right side
of right border style should be same with (0,2). But ORIGCELL points (0,1)
instead. In case we should use LASTCELL. Same reason is valid for bottom case.

Rather than make all the BasePrimitive2D classes bear the cost of being an UNO
object, we just wrap the top level BasePrimitive2D in this class when we need
to pass them over UNO.
This reduces the locking overhead when doing normal drawinglayer operations,
and reduces the size of drawinglayer objects and the cost of initialising
them, which shaves 5% off the load/display time of a large barchart.
Add new drawinglayer::convertPrimitive2DContainerToBitmapEx utility
method to avoid needing to convert to Sequence<XPrimitive2D>

This was a regression from LO 6.1, where it would always
show the "more" options if one of them was enabled.
That might be fine for the dialog initialization
(and that is how I implemented it)
but even that is a bit much. Perhaps it should be a
search option that is remembered while the application
is running. Is that what pSearchOptions holds?
Anyway, this much I can easily figure out.
Someone who knows more about these things
can enhance it further if they want.
