Select an inline table (make sure the whole table is selected), insert a
frame, then the frame width is already calculated from the table width,
but an unexpected second frame border / spacing is also added. Given
that the table already has its own border, adding a second border by
default makes no sense.
It's possible to disable default borders in SetFrameSizeFromTable(), but
in case the borders are unchanged, the dialog's output item set will
still contain no border info, so we will still get the default borders.
Fix the problem by making this explicit: if the dialog's input item set
had border info and the output item set had none, then still copy over
the border info from the input to the output in
SwTextShell::ExecInsert().
This automatically fixes the unwanted border spacing as well, so the
default frame properties are on par with the ones created by Word import
filters.

The frame insert UI could move a table into a new fly, and then the
frame properties allowed marking this fly as a split fly, but not in one
step.
This happened because the "split fly" checkbox is only visible when we
have a fly that has exactly 1 table, but the "new frame" dialog has no
fly as it still has to be created.
Fix the problem by showing the "split fly" checkbox if we don't have a
fly, but a single table is selected, because we know
SwDoc::MakeFlyAndMove() will create a fly that has exactly one table in
it.
Extract the common code to a new
SwFlyFrameAttrMgr::SingleTableSelected() to avoid copy&paste.

Inline table width defaults to the body frame width, so a hardcoded 2cm
default for the fly width is a bit poor.
Leave the normal fly insert case unchanged, but if an entire table is
selected, then change the default to the table width.
Check for the table selection like SwFEShell::NewFlyFrame() does it, and
determine if the entire table is selected like SwDoc::MakeFlyAndMove()
does it.
With this, a default table with a default frame keeps its width on frame
insert.

The anchor type is determined during insertion, it's stored as direct
formatting after that.
We used to have a user-profile default for the anchor type. This commit
allows customizing the Graphics or OLE styles: if they specify a custom
anchor type, then that is user instead of the user profile setting.
This allows creating templates where the default depends on the used
template and not on the user profile.
The UI for this was added in commit
5951da5175b9d7e5b3b47bd0d90989d2ef528c79 (sw image anchor type: add
style UI for this, 2021-06-10).

Regression from commit a2f85c062aafb3fd9dfb1c6c6e87e1e73e7545a3
(tdf#130362 sw: fix anchoring of inline math objects, 2020-02-04), the
problem was that the SwFlyFrameAttrMgr ctor wanted to set the anchor
type to at-char, and then later
DocumentContentOperationsManager::InsertEmbObject() wanted to undo that
for math objects, but this did not play nicely with objects imported
from DOCX.
So don't set and clear the anchor type, rather set it conditionally in
the first place. This allows setting the anchor type in writerfilter/
before insertion, and then all of 1) docx import (depends) 2) insert of
Math objects (as-char) 3) insert of images (at-char) are working.

...where the get member function is defined on a std::__shared_ptr base class,
so loplugin:simplifypointertobool used to miss those until now. (While e.g.
using libc++ on macOS found those cases.)
366d08f2f6d4de922f6099c62bb81b49d89e0a68 "new loplugin:simplifypointertobool"
was mistaken in breaking isSmartPointerType(const clang::Type* t) out of
isSmartPointerType(const Expr* e); c874294ad9fb178df47c66875bfbdec466e39763 "Fix
detection of std::unique_ptr/shared_ptr in loplugin:redundantpointerops" had
introduced that indivisible two-step algorithm on purpose.
The amount of additional hits (on Linux) apparently asked for turning
loplugin:simplifypointertobool into a rewriting plugin. Which in turn showed
that the naive adivce to just "drop the get()" is not sufficient in places that
are not contextually converted to bool, as those places need to be wrapped in a
bool(...) functional cast now. If the expression was already wrapped in
parentheses, those could be reused as part of the functional cast, but
implementing that showed that such cases are not yet found at all by the
existing loplugin:simplifypointertobool. Lets leave that TODO for another
commit.
Besides the changes to compilerplugins/ itself, this change has been generated
fully automatically with the rewriting plugin on Linux.

This changes the default set in commit
4f40bf6a79de6d60da0a5090cdfeda6242e889f0 (sw: insert image: set anchor
to as-char by default, 2019-07-04), to have a better compromise, taking
both Word defaults compatibility and usability into account.
The problem is that users are used to just inserting an image and being
able to drag it to its final location, which is broken with as-char
anchoring.
So default to at-char anchoring, this is still something that is fully
interoperable to Word (unlike the old to-para anchoring), but allows the
easier image move again.

Given SwColumn::m_nWish is documented as "Desired width, borders included."
(sw/inc/fmtclds.hxx), it appears that the invariant
GetWishWidth() >= GetLeft() + GetRight()
should always hold for SwColumn instances.
However, during UITest_writer_tests4's test_tdf113284 loading of
sw/qa/uitest/writer_tests/data/tdf113284.odt, it appears that some five-column
table is created for which initially all SwColumns'
GetWishWidth() = 13107
GetLeft() = 144 (except for first SwColumn, where it's 0)
GetRight() = 144 (except for last SwColumn, where it's 0)
and later FitToActualSize is called reducing each SwColunn to
GetWishWidth() = 286
so that for most SwColumns (except first and last), GetLeft() + GetRight() = 288
would exceed GetWishWidth(). And then (still during loading of the test's
document), SwFormatCol::CalcPrtColWidth (sw/source/core/layout/atrfrm.cxx) is
called for such a problematic SwColumn, trying to subtract from its
GetWishWidth() (the result of SwFormatCol::CalcColWidth) both GetLeft() and
GetRight(), and store that into sal_uInt16 nRet. Which triggers Clang's
-fsanitize=implicit-signed-integer-truncation "runtime error: implicit
conversion from type 'int' of value -2 (32-bit, signed) to type 'sal_uInt16'
(aka 'unsigned short') changed the value to 65534 (16-bit, unsigned)".
So make sure that FitToAcutalSize upholds that presumed SwColumns invariant,
shrinking the borders as necessary.

This reverts commit 8bc951daf79decbd8a599a409c6d33c5456710e0.
As discussed at
<https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2018-April/079955.html>
"long->sal_Int32 in tools/gen.hxx", that commit caused lots of problems with
signed integer overflow, and the original plan was to redo it to consistently
use sal_Int64 instead of sal_Int32. <https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/52471/>
"sal_Int32->sal_Int64 in tools/gen.hxx" tried that. However, it failed
miserably on Windows, causing odd failures like not writing out Pictures/*.svm
streams out into .odp during CppunitTest_sd_export_ooxml2. So the next best
approach is to just revert the original commit, at least for now.

Library_vclplug_qt5".
