add a route to get calc Floating Frame links under 'manage links'
much harder than writer because the organization and ordering
of properties and object activation etc is different.
This ended up ugly, but functions.
We set FrameURL before AddShape, we have to do it again later because it
gets cleared when the SdrOle2Obj is attached to the XShape. But we want
FrameURL to exist when AddShape triggers SetPersistName which itself
triggers SdrOle2Obj::CheckFileLink_Impl and at that point we want to
know what URL will end up being used. So bodge this by setting FrameURL
to the temp pre-SdrOle2Obj attached properties and we can smuggle it
eventually into SdrOle2Obj::SetPersistName at the right point after
PersistName is set but before SdrOle2Obj::CheckFileLink_Impl is called
in order to inform the link manager that this is an IFrame that links to
a URL

The problem is that SwXTextTableCursor::mergeRange() wants to move some
nodes, and the deleteMarks() deletes a fieldmark creating a SaveBookmark
but it contains the positions relative to the CH_TXT_ATR_FIELD* still in
the text, while deleting the fieldmark of course removes these.
The SaveBookmark would need to adjust the indexes and store the
separator position too and the vector would need to be restored in
reverse order.
But every time the SaveBookmarks are created, they are restored as well,
so it looks simpler to just suppress deleting the CH_TXT_ATR_FIELD* in
this case, and inserting them too (latter is already done when copying
text).

The problem is that CorrAbs() will move any position of a fieldmark
that's in the deleted SwTextNodes to a different node that doesn't have
the CH_TXT_ATR_FIELD*.
Then it will inevitably crash later when it can't find its chars.
The other problem is that if there's only a CH_TXT_ATR_FIELDSEP in the
deleted nodes, that fieldmark would then be missing it.
Just delete fieldmarks with positions in deleted nodes, that should work
fine for the usual cases where DelFullPara() is called.

sw: really prevent footnote frame against delete while it's moved
This reverts commit fe5d3fbfe63fe8b433776bd3a0508dd712b868b0
It turns out that checking a single column's IsMovingFootnotes() is not
enough - as frames can move both forwards and backwards the entire chain
of columns would need to be checked.
(Most callers of MoveLowerFootnotes() move forwards, but one place in
tabfrm.cxx moves from a follow to master.)
But it turns out that this is probably the wrong way in any case: most
likely the intention in FormatAnchorFrameAndItsPrevs() is to format
previous frames in the same layout environment, so if there is a section
or column inside a footnote then this upper should be formatted, while
if the footnote is inside a section or column this upper should not be
formatted; this should make calls during MoveFootnotes_() safe as it
should prevent the formatting of frames in the footnote boss moving a
footnote that is already being moved.
So tweak the fix in commit fa1bcc22921941b2cd8a0b32fe0d15655d12d607
a little to make it more general.
Also it was previously possible that for a section with columns,
both the section branch and the column branch was taken, which seems
supperfluous.

Applying a numbering style to text causes export to save that
out as a number (valued as zero). That is not good because
the ODF spec says that a number overrides a string.
So don't accept a numbering format on non-number text.
Why is this change good?
-the cell previously had no direct formatting (by definition).
-the cell's previous old format was text (tested).
-any numbering format applied obviously isn't correct (by definition).
-any previous formatting has already been overwritten with numformat.
-the default numbering is appropriate for text.
-empty cells still get the numbering format (tested).
-odd human-designed formats are accepted as intentional (tested).
What are the concerns?
-the scope of this change is HUGE, way beyond this bug.
-on both my dev box and patch box I saw occassional crashes.
-the bug was "fixed" by a different import commit that ensured
different languages were treated consistently.
So this patch is no longer critical, just nice to have
to avoid exporting out-of-spec content.

File import was making an exception for "float value 0"
if the accompanying text had no resemblance to the value 0,
but that only applied to GENERAL number format.
It should apply to any language's default number format.
REGRESSION warning: as we can see, this has been handled
inconsistently in the past. But from the coding exception to overcome
losing text to a zero (and the huge number of duplicate bugs)
the best choice seems to be ignore the spec that says that
a number value overrides the text value - at least in
the case where the number value is zero.

Regression from commit 32902f66e7749b2d06d13f50416be5323a0c0ea9
(sw_redlinehide: make layout based Show/Hide mode the default,
2018-11-30), deleting some text in the middle of the paragraph with the
bugdoc results in an assertion failure in the SwDrawTextInfo ctor.
Normally this doesn't happen on text deletion as we already have a
mechanism for truncating no longer needed lines in
SwTextFrame::Format_(), though that only checks the length of the
current line.
Fix the problem by extending this mechanism to also check the remaining
lines: if change tracking is on and the total of all line lengths is
more than the string length of the text frame, then time to
re-calculate.
It seems this is not needed in practice when redlining is disabled,
though we might want to enable this for the non-redline case as well in
the future.

This is a squashed commit containing set of changes:
* Create a input field from sdt text block.
* Advanced support for reading field data from data bindings
which can point to custom xml or properties xml. For this
XOOXMLDocumentPropertiesImporter idl interface was extrended
with extra getterrs to get properties as xml dom elements.
* Support for exporting of this feature back to docx. For this
some extra parameters for sdt block are kept in newly introduced
grabbag for input fields. If field does not contain grabbag it
being exported as before (FILLIN or whatsoever), otherwise
sdt block is counstructed based on data from grabbag.
* Basic support for updating custom xml values back into
custom xmls with usage of xslt transformations. To achieve
this extra parameters were introduced to XXSLTTransformer:
now it is able to support in-memory transformation stylesheets.
* plus some follow-up clean-ups
Some unittests were corrected: since sdt plain text edit area is
a field located inside paragraph in outout corresponding sdt is
also located inside paragraph (instead of Word's approach with
paragraph inside sdt). Seems this is not critical.

If we have the document setting preferred image size set, then
use that as the default DPI and recalcualte the logical image
size using the DPI and the size in pixels.
This is useful so we have the preferred DPI size as 100% in the
crop dialog, so we can adjust the size in relation to that value.
This adds to SfxTabPage a new member maAdditionalProperties, to
make it easier to transfer additional properties into a tab page.
This is then used to transfer the preferred DPI into the tab page,
which was previously done by user data, which is less than ideal
and always doesn't work.

Crashreport signature:
SwContact::GetFormat()
sw/inc/dcontact.hxx:112
SwFEShell::SelectObj(Point const&, unsigned char, SdrObject*)
sw/source/core/frmedt/feshview.cxx:292
SwWrtShell::UnSelectFrame()
sw/source/uibase/wrtsh/select.cxx:326
SwWrtShell::DelRight()
sw/source/uibase/wrtsh/delete.cxx:467
SwBaseShell::ExecDelete(SfxRequest&)
sw/source/uibase/shells/basesh.cxx:198
I.e. it seems that in case we're in the middle of a delete, then it's
possible that the mark list contains an SdrObject that doesn't have a
matching SwClient anymore. Ignore such SdrObjects when looking for the
textbox of a draw shape.
