The previous implementation grouped radio buttons if their object name was the same. Likely this is a very old implementation, because the current radio buttons have a groupname property which links them together (although that too needed fixing in doc/docx), and their object names are unique. The old implementation still works - so that still needs to be supported, but I think I'll do that in a separate patch, so that it can be easily reverted if the old implementation is deprecated. rtl/string.hxx and rtl/ustring.hxx both unnecessarily #include <sal/log.hxx> (and don't make use of it themselves), but many other files happen to depend on it. This is a continuation of commit 6ff2d84ade299cb3d14d4110e4cf1a4b8070c030 to be able to remove those unneeded includes. std::binary_function is deprecated since C++11 and removed in C++17 90% done with regexp magic. removed obsolete <functional> includes. The std::binary_function base class was used by deprecated std::bind2nd, this was solved in individual commits. The members first_argument_type and second_argument_type were used in chart2/source/controller/dialogs/DataBrowserModel.cxx: DataBrowserModel::implColumnLess and are inlined in this commit.
