caused by
commit 883b7a34d288410ac6f820e91d9eaa65ba2b9cb1
DBG_ASSERT->assert in UnoWrapper
No idea why X-ray is triggering this, but it seems to work when I dial
it back to a SAL_WARN again
And also caused by
commit 5aa60be574ece81b27c8f63e6e809871c694dba0
fix leak in VCLXWindow
So disconnect the toolkit-window-peer from the vcl::Window before
disposing the peer.

as part of a longer-term goal of doing our
widget rendering only inside a top-level render-
context.
I moved all of the OutputDevice-related code that existed in vcl::Window
into a new subclass of OutputDevice called WindowOutputDevice.
Notes for further work
(*) not sure why we are getting an 1x1 surface in
SvpSalGraphics::releaseCairoContext, but to fix it I clamp
the size there
(*) might have to dump VCLXDevice, and move it's code down into VCLXWindow and VCLXVirtualDevice
(*) can we remove use of VCLXDevice in other places, in favour of just talking to the VCL code?

commit 5aa60be574ece81b27c8f63e6e809871c694dba0
fix leak in VCLXWindow
it's too dangerous to dump the Impl during dispose(), because if I do,
the Impl is removed while we are iterating over listeners.
So just be check mbIsDisposing more heavily to prevent new references to
the VCLXWindow being added after it is disposed.

Previously, all of the README files have been renamed to README.md
and now, the contents of these files were changed to use Markdown
format. Other than format inconsistency, some README.md files lacked
information about modules, or were out of date. By using LibreOffice
/ OpenOffice wiki and other documentation websites, these files were
updated. Now every README.md file has a title, and some description.
The top-level README.md file is changed to add links to the modules.
The result of processing the Markdown format README.md files can be
seen at: https://docs.libreoffice.org/

...by re-enabling the code temporarily #if'ed-out in
a528392e71bc70136021be4e3d83732fccbb885e "Fixed/improved
loplugin:cppunitassertequals" (and which then triggers lots of other
lopglugin:cppunitassertequal CPPUNIT_ASSERT -> CPPUNIT_ASSERT_EQUAL warnings).
For two css::uno::Reference equality comparisons in cppu/qa/test_any.cxx, it
was more straightforward to rewrite them with an explicit call to operator ==
(which silences loplugin:cppunitassertequal) than to adapt them to
CPPUNIT_ASSERT_EQUAL's requirement for arguments of identical types.
In sc/qa/unit/ucalc_pivottable.cxx, ScDPItemData needs toString, which has been
implemented trivially for now, but might want to combine that with the
DEBUG_PIVOT_TABLE-only ScDPItemData::Dump.

because of the side effects
using a bare GtkGrid as m_pSocket in vcl/unx/gtk3/gtk3gtkobject.cxx
is perhaps a poor choice, getting its xid causes poor side effects
wrt events belonging to its child widgets getting delivered to
the SalFrame widget, so duplicate scrolling after showing a opengl
slide and/or showing a video and lots of flickering
we're (generally at least) not using the xid under gtk3 so don't set it
unless it's explicitly asked for. Happily the gtk Player::createPlayerWindow
doesn't use its arg[0] xid in any case, so don't bother setting it for
that backend.
