Adds evaluate command.
It's visible from UI as a bracket.
Example: evaluate { {1} over {%sigma sqrt{2%pi} }func e^-{{(x-%mu)^2} over {2%sigma^2}} } from { -infinity } to { +infinity } = 0
In order to make the mathml part, several changes had to be mad:
- Allow mathml to correctly identify the math token for opperators
- Allow mathml to correctly identify the math token for fences
- Since improvements where made on token recognision, visitors to string can now be lighter ( removing long long switch )
- Improving the import / export to mathm
- LO says it mathml 2, but actually is something between 2 and 3
- Allowing mfenced ( mathml 2.0 ) to stayl 3 adding the missing data ( prefix and postfix )
- Be able to know if we are opening or closing brackets
- lrline and lrdline commands hidden on UI.
- They are they own open close
- If prefix and postfix are missing meaning of the expression may change, however that's the user problem.
- The problem resides in the fact that MS_VERTLINE is uses for lline and rline.
- The problem resides in the fact that MS_DVERTLINE is uses for ldline and rdline.
- Changing frac priority from 0 to 5, if not { frac 1 2 frac 1 2 } fails ( found while testing )
- The mathml testing was made with highter standars than qa tests, however there are no guarantees.
- Added xml tokens needed for math
- Added starmathdatabase. Will grow in the future.
The point is avoiding long lists and swtches inside code.
Added it command for hidden or implicit product ( like ⁢ in mathml ). Oppens path for tdf#66200. Note that about this issue there is only one line on the parser. The mathml implementation will be made later when LO will allow chars with &charname;.

Glow effect is a color-blurred outline outside of the shape. In ooxml
document it is specified with the <a:glow> element.
The commit contains the following:
- Add support for importing and exporting <a:glow> from ooxml documents.
- Assign new properties to XShape which stores glow-related attributes.
- A new 2D primitive is introduced in module 'drawinglayer' which is
responsible for representing the glow primitive which is to be rendered.
+ A glow primitive is a clone of the original shape which has been
scaled up slightly and a new color has been assigned to it. The
radius of the glow effect and the color is defined in the <a:glow>
element being imported.
- A blur algorithm is introduced in module 'vcl', which is called during
rendering the primitive.
+ The blur algorithm works on a bitmap.
+ Since the algorithm is CPU-intensive, the result is cached in the
processor and it is recalculated only if needed.
- Add support for importing and exporting glow effect to ODF format. For
that, new attributes of element <style:graphic-properties> has been
added:
+ loext:glow, which can have the values "visible" or "hidden"
+ loext:glow-radius: which holds the radius of the glow effect in cm.
+ loext:glow-color: holds the color of the glow effect
- Tests have been added to assert properties after pptx import and
export.

Which causes trouble when converting stuff to use FastParser APIs.
I see we used to use dummy entries to avoid perfhash complaining, which
is fine for exporting, but doesn't work when we use these constants for
fast-parser importing, because the imported element/attribute ends up
mapped to what looks like the "wrong" constant.
So let's just make the constants match their textual representation.

OOX import supports custom label texts in chart diagrams (produced by
e.g. double clicking on a data label, and write custom text), but -
since embedded objects are exported and imported to odf right after migration -
it is not displayed in case of a Writer document.
In order to make it work, we have to support custom label text in the
odf structure. This commit only allows the import/export of pure text,
it should be improved to store and load formatted string.
A new XML token is added, which currently refers to an attribute of the
chart:data-point tag. If we want to store formatted string, something
more clever has to be done.

This reverts commit c290f692dd28094d41dff686f3faa1c4e14b556e.
Reverting because
a) makes builds fail with errors from the schema validator in saving unit tests
b) the loext:max-blank-integer-digits is now saved for some number formats where it is not necessary
For example, load sc/qa/unit/data/ods/tdf102370_ExponentWithoutSign.ods
save as .xlsx
reload the .xlsx
save as .ods
(which effectively is what the ScExportTest::testExponentWithoutSignFormatXLSX() unit test does and makes the schema validator stumble)

For some reason, XML_TOKEN_INVALID was taking wrong value
in windows, causing to fail imports with unknown entries.
I've also added some of the tokens I found from several
test files to the list.

This is a squashed commit of the pivot chart implementation.
Some of the changes:
- Add pivot chart specific (pivot table) data provider which
provides the data from a pivot table to the associated chart.
- When inserting a chart and the cursor is in a pivot table,
in that case insert a pivot chart
- Modify the pivot chart when the pivot table changes
- Collect and set the number format for the values
- isDataFromSpreadsheet check for the creation wizard
- In ChartView (and VLegend) check if the data provider is a
pivot chart data provider and get the pivot table field names
to create the buttons on the UI.
- Adds the functionallity to show a filter pop-up (from calc)
when clicking on row / column / page field buttons.
- Remove (X)PopupRequest as we won't need it.
- Add ODF import/export for pivot charts:
+ Added loext:data-pilot-source attribute on chart:chart
which is the internal name of the pivot table with which the
pivot chart is associated with. If the element is present, then
the it means the chart is a pivot chart, else it is a normal
chart
+ Added service to create pivot chart data provider through UNO
+ Add new methods to XPivotChartDataProvider to create value and
label data sequences separately from the data source, which is
needed for pivot chart import
+ When importing defer setting the data provider until a later
time when we know if we are creating a chart od a pivot chart
- Pivot chart ODF round-trip test
- Add table pivot chart supplier API:
This adds the XTablePivotChartSupplier and related interfaces so
we can access, create, delete pivot charts from UNO in a sheet
document. With this we now distinguish between normal charts
and pivot charts. This was mainly needed because we can't extend
the "published" interfaces of TableChartSupplier.
- Added an extensive test, which uses the API to create a new
pivot chart when there was none, and checks that the pivot chart
updates when the pivot table updates.
