Subject: slidecopy: moved the native widget rendering functions from Window to
 OutputDevice This allows to render native widgets onto a virtual device (on
 platform/theme combinations where this is possible). At the same time,
 removed the SalControlHandle parameter from all thos functions. It was
 nowehere used, and all callers always passed *NULL, anyway.
