(where the hook is called from DeInitVCL) specifically for vclbootstrapprotector to call. * PythonTests don't (yet) call DeInitVCL; they still hook into BootstrapFixture's original test_init functionality (to call InitVCL), and do not make use of the vclbootstrapprotector.
