tdf#95024 fix Hungarian Lightproof module

- by removing the obsolete date rule for "1st of month":

for example, "január 1-e", "február 1-én" are correct forms already

- add new date rules for days with bad affixation (typical mistake
after a search & replace):

"1-a, 1-án, 1-ára, 1-ához, 3-e, 3-én, 3-ére, 3-éhez etc."
