Move z-index rule to CSS stylesheet we control
cp-24.04.3-6cp-24.04.3-5cp-24.04.3-4cp-24.04.3-2cp-24.04.3-1cp-24.04.1-3co-24.04.3-2
Previously a fix was pushed to prism css file, which can
be changed by the upstream project. Instead overwrite the
rule in our files.
