tdf#159596 tdf#159771 Update XMATCH and XLOOKUP pages

+ Added 3 as matchtype
+ removed reference for "search-criteria-must-apply-to-whole-cell"
+ set that matchtype 2 and 3 cannot be combined with binary search.
