- add "Custom Shape Text" heading
- update "Text" heading to "Drawing Object Text"
- add explanation about "fit to frame"
- update to <h1>, <h2> and <h3>
for "howtoget" embed
- add switchline and access command for Impress
- update to <menuitem>
