tdf#127603 + refactor Basic/script dialogs Help pg
Split help pages into many, as 06130000.xhp was too dense to
properly manage
Basic selector dialogs are different from other script selector
dialogs.
Improve navigation between pages
Fix contents
Fix Help pages for current menu
