Resolves tdf#130884 update all helppages with "View - Hidden Paragraphs"

The menu command is now "View - Field Hidden Paragraphs"

-also update command sequence to set in Options
-update to <h1>,<h2>,<menuitem>,<note>
-add <keycode> where needed
-change German id "versteckteabs" to English
