Subject: tdf#139667 access and apply corrections to Bullets and Numbering

   ( shared/00/00040500.xhp )
    + add context menu access
    * repair incorrect icon and label

   ( shared/01/06050000.xhp )
     + add that the dialog can also be applied to selected
       paragraphs.
