You can create as many user-defined indexes as you want.To Create a User-Defined IndexSelect a word or words that you want to add to a user-defined index.Choose Insert - Indexes and Tables - Entry.Click the New User-defined Index button next to the Indexbox.Type a name for the index in the Namebox and click OK.ClickInsert to add the selected word(s) to the new index. ClickClose.To Insert a User-Defined IndexClick in the document where you want to insert the index.Choose Insert - Indexes and Tables - Indexes and Tables.On the Index/Table tab, select the name of the user-defined index that you created in the Typebox.Select any options that you want.Click OK.If you want to use a different paragraph style as a table of contents entry, select Styles, and then click the (...) button next to the box.
